Traffic Masters Academy Review. What You Need to Know

traffic masters academy review

I am updating this review of Traffic Masters Academy for 2021, because I see it’s still being looked up. Before you get it, I want to share the warnings about it, because there’s big things to watch out for.

Quick Report on Traffic Masters Academy:

Creator: Matt Lloyd.

Price: $297, but there’s more to spend further on, a lot more.

Overall Rating: 4 out of 10 stars

Good information, but the fact that it’s by Matt Lloyd gives me doubt.

I want to start this review of by saying that I am not Matt Lloyd’s fan. I have reviewed programs that he has released in the past and deemed them scams. So when Traffic Masters Academy came out, I was also hesitant to check it out and had my own predictions on it.

A lot of them wound up being true, but for the most part, this program is pretty good, though not for everyone and there’s additional things you need to know about it before you get involved. I will be covering all of that here.

I also want to point out that I did not purchase this program. Most of the information compiled was from the sales page itself which pretty much explained it all (which is rare) and a few other sources.

Traffic Masters Academy in a nutshell:

The course is designed to take you through various ways to get traffic to your website over a 30 day period as well as list building. Although the 30 days is more of an action plan than anything else, it is divided into 7 modules, each covering a different approach to traffic generation.

Each module usually has a different marketer (who are successful in that field) describing how to get the most out of it and there are videos detailing what to do and how to get started. Traffic generation in these modules covers many different aspects of marketing such as PPC, solo ads, blogging, Facebook ads and much more.

Overall, the majority of the information and traffic generation tips will involve paid approaches which means if you are on a tight budget to begin with, I wouldn’t recommend getting involved with this. Usually in these scenarios, I recommend utilizing free traffic methods, earning money in that and then investing some of the profits into paid advertising to improve upon your online business.

For that, I would recommend proper training from programs like Wealthy Affiliate. The downside is that it takes longer to see results, but on the flip side, it is much most cost effective because the traffic is natural. Basically it’s all SEO.

How practical is this program?

The quality of information inside the program is very good. You’re looking at some very high end tips from the pros that you can utilize in your own marketing endeavors. And I feel if people take advantage of them, they will get results.

However, what gives me pause about this program is that it’s connected to MOBE, a program which let’s just say I didn’t rate so favorably. In fact, one of the reasons why is because MOBE was shut down in 2018 as was another big branch of it called MTTB.

Why? Because the FTC said it was a pyramid scheme. And I do believe Traffic Masters Academy did attempt to send it’s customers into the MOBE funnel, something I would have warned and advised against when it was still up.

But considering it was still up, I don’t believe any sort of training in online marketing should cost that much and because the program requires you to buy those high priced items in order to then promote them as an affiliate. There was also a follow up program Matt released called MTTB which basically connected you with MOBE.

Now I am mentioning this for 1 reason:

I believe Traffic Masters Academy is linked to MOBE in more ways that it shown. I also believe if you purchase the program that you may be offered the option to promote MOBE.

It just makes sense from a marketers point of view to connect different products you have released to make more money. That being said, you know my opinion on MOBE but whether or not you decide to be associated with is up to you.

Now this doesn’t take away from the fact that the training in Traffic Masters Academy is good and practical to use. I just personally wouldn’t use it to promote MOBE because I believe the program is a scam.

Additionally, I want to point out that a lot of the information within this program can be found elsewhere for less. A lot of programs I review that cover the same topics as Traffic Masters Academy tend to have similar approaches to traffic generation in that they’ll recommend things like Solo Ads, doing PPC and other various things.

Again, this doesn’t take away from the quality of information that you get with this program, but it’s just to show that there’s more than one place out there which shows you great strategies for getting visitors to your site.

Pros:

  • Good quality information.
  • The methods do work and you can make good money with it.

Cons:

  • It’s connected to MOBE.
  • Not a course I’d recommend for beginners or those who don’t have money to spend on it’s techniques.

Final Rating: Traffic Masters Academy

4 stars

Yellow Flag

4 out of 10 stars. Good program and you can certainly implement the strategies taught, but I can’t give it the green light because it’s connected to MOBE. There is only 1 program, Wealthy Affiliate that I recommend which legitimately helps people succeed online.

My final thoughts:

The information is good. Would I recommend this program? I’d have to say no and there’s 2 reasons for this:

1) The information can be attained for less in other places. If you have $297 to spend on this program and aren’t worried about that investment, then by all means, give it a shot, but keep in mind that a lot of the strategies will involve paid advertising.

2) MOBE. I just don’t believe in this program. Anytime I review new programs that come out which are associated previously reviewed programs I feel are scams, it becomes that much more difficult to recommend it.

If you are a beginner to online marketing, this program wouldn’t be the place I recommend you start with. Really the only resource I advise above all is Wealthy Affiliate. It makes the other programs/resources unnecessary in my opinion.

If you purchased and tried the methods within Traffic Masters Academy, I’d love to hear your experiences with it, whether they are good or bad.
