Seven Dollar PTC Review. Is it Possible to Make so Much?

seven dollar ptc review

I don’t believe one can earn a lot with Seven Dollar PTC, for a lot of logical reasons that’ll be discussed in this review.

Quick Report on Seven Dollar PTC:

Name: Seven Dollar PTC.

Price: Free to join with optional upgrades that include:

1 year membership of $85 all the way to a 5 year membership of $425, or you can purchase a lifetime membership for $285.

Overall Rating: 1 out of 10 stars.

A lot of it doesn’t make sense and I speculate it’s a scam.

Seven Dollar PTC summary:

Seven Dollar PTC (paid to click) is really like a rewards site that “pays” you to click on ads and view them for a specific amount of time (60 seconds usually). Some of the other things you can get rewards and paid for would be referring others and purchasing offers from the site. There’s really not much else to explain on how it works.

Too good to be true?

I’ve never seen a rewards or PTC site (really the same thing) where you can get paid SO much for really doing nothing. Getting paid $7 and up for just clicking on an ad and just staying on the site is not something that makes sense to me. So I decided to do a little more investigating.

What my research found:

I did sign up to the site and did try to click on some ads just to see how things work. Nothing difficult at all. As a free member you get limited ads to click on daily and there’s the optional upgrade you can sign up for. Nothing out of the ordinary.

I also found that there is a $7,000 minimum that you must make before you can actually cash out. Be sure to read the terms of service because unlike the other areas of the site which are pretty vague, that’s really the only place where you’ll find anything that’s close to the truth.

The $7,000 threshold can be looked at in 2 different ways:

1) They are trying to prevent people from coming and going and in order to keep them around long enough, they need to set a high number.

). It’s a scam just to make people think they are going to make a lot of money.

So which of these is actually true? Well in my opinion a little bit of both. I didn’t upgrade my account, but I combined the research from I took from this site with my prior knowledge of sites like it that I’ve reviewed before and came up with my own conclusion:

It doesn’t add up:

Here’s my problem with Seven Dollar PTC:

Most rewards programs aren’t exactly scams, but they are a waste of time and that’s because they don’t pay a lot of money for doing the same things you would do with Seven Dollar PTC. With other rewards sites, you won’t get paid more than a penny for clicking on ads.

Some other things such as signing up for offers can pay you a few dollars, but nothing really beyond that. You can find a great example of what I’m talking about from a place called Inbox Dollars and you’ll see just how little you’ll make.

Really with all of those sites, the bottom line is that it isn’t a good way to earn to money, but in all honesty, it is fair compensation. After all, why pay someone a lot of money for simply clicking on an ad? How is it beneficial for them?

And with Seven Dollar PTC, you’re pretty much doing the same things and getting paid a ton more. So really the part where it doesn’t add up is really this area. It’s hard to justify and no matter where I looked on the site, I couldn’t find any solid reasoning for it.

So instead of wasting time on that, I went back to the terms and while they weren’t very detailed, one area which stood out was the part where they said they can change their terms without notifying their members (although they say they do). This isn’t the first time I’ve read something like this and in my opinion, it’s a very grey area which can be problematic for members.

Say you earned your threshold and want to get paid, but they decide to change things all of a sudden. What can you do? Really nothing. And it’s this kind of potential problem plus the illogical compensation that lead me to believe Seven Dollar PTC is a scam.

Those who have never experienced a PTC site before might think my conclusion is unfounded based on just those 2 things alone, but believe me, I’ve seen this type of stuff happen before. It’s just a risk I wouldn’t bother taking.

And this is being said by someone who makes money online already, and has experience with online business. What I do is affiliate marketing and run my own online business.

Pros:

  • Signing up for free is simple.
  • Navigation on the site and completing offers is also pretty simple.

Cons:

  • Very vague terms which have a lot of potential for “abuse” from the owner.
  • Very high threshold needed to be paid (if you do get paid).
  • Lots of things really don’t add up on this site and the way they operate and there’s no real explanation on why this is.

 Final Rating: Seven Dollar PTC

Red Flag

1 out of 10 stars. I don’t believe you can get paid so much on this site and even if you do, the terms make me wonder if you’ll ever get paid out. If you are or have been a member of this place, please let me know about your experiences with it. I tried looking for complaints/compliments on other sites, but I tend not to trust most sites so I want authentic reviews.

My final thoughts:

While most of my review on this site is speculation, it is based on logic and past experiences I’ve had and the one true conclusion I’ve come to is that if it doesn’t make sense, something is absolutely up and massive research must be done before you go any further.

When I look at this site and compare it to other rewards sites, the truth is that while I don’t ever recommend any of them, I’d actually trust them more than this place. At least how much they pay actually makes sense even if it’s very little.

    • I don’t believe it does Jose. The free part of this PTC is VERY limited and with the high threshold, I don’t think people are going to be able to reach it within a considerable time frame.
